Exercise Challenge - Build your core up this month!

There is nothing more helpful and effective than building up core strength. Not only does it improve your posture which can prevent headaches, but it also helps prevent injury, improve workouts and lesson lower back pains! Try out the 5 minute workout this month and see how quickly you start to see real results.

5 Minute Core Blast

Alternate these exercises to blast that core into shape!

1. Plank—Hold plank position for the length of your ABCs
2. Scissors—Alternate scissors doing 2 sets of 25
3. Plank—Attempt to do your ABCs backward this time
4. Hundreds—Do these exercises remembering to breathe
5. Stretch— Turn over to belly and push top half of body up with arms. If you feel comfortable here, bring back into child's pose for as long as you need.
